Special Forces veteran says stress of everyday life ended in prison term

Special Forces veteran and TV adventurer Ant Middleton has spoken about how his difficulty adjusting to civilian life after a career in the military meant he ended up in prison. He has been speaking exclusively to the Telegraph, the 37-year old father of five said that after a career in the Special Boat Service and three combat tours in Afghanistan, he was still not prepared to admit he was struggling with everyday life until it was too late.
